Terms of use

The service

Network Agent resells access to AI models from third-party providers through one endpoint and one balance. Model availability and prices are set by those providers and can change.

Credit

Credit is prepaid, non-transferable between workspaces except through gifts, and spent per token at each model's listed rate. Doubling applies at the moment of purchase.

Credit is not a deposit and earns nothing. Unused credit is not redeemable for cash.

Gifts

A gift link can be redeemed once. Until it is redeemed, the sender may cancel it and have the credit returned.

Holder rewards and staking

Rewards for holding or staking $NETWORKAGENT are promotional API credit or prompt tokens, not payments. Their terms may change or end with notice on the updates page.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise any particular uptime. A provider outage can make some models unavailable for a time.

Payment errors

If an on-chain payment is sent to the wrong address or network, we may be unable to recover it. Check the address and network before you send.
